Eligibilty Criteria
Educational Qualification: Candidates must meet the specific qualification and experience requirements as given below:
Junior Executive (Engineering):
Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation / Electronics / Civil / Chemical) with minimum 55% marks (50% for SC/ST/PwBD). Candidates must have at least 5 years of relevant post-qualification experience in operations, maintenance, projects, or related industrial roles.
Junior Executive (Accounts):
Graduation in any discipline with minimum 55% marks (50% for reserved categories) along with CA Inter / CMA Inter qualification. Minimum 5 years of experience in finance, accounts, taxation, auditing, or related areas is required.
Junior Executive (Wayside Amenities):
Bachelor’s degree such as B.Com / BBA / B.Sc / BMS / BHM with minimum 55% marks (50% for SC/ST/PwBD). Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience in retail, hospitality, facility management, or similar sectors.
Secretary BPCL:
Bachelor’s degree (3-year course) along with Class X and XII qualifications (minimum 55%, relaxed to 50% for reserved categories). Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in secretarial or administrative roles.
Associate Executive (Quality Assurance):
M.Sc in Chemistry (relevant specialization) with minimum 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/PwBD). Minimum 3 years of experience in laboratory or chemical industry is required.
Associate Executive (Official Language Implementation):
Master’s degree in Hindi with minimum 55% marks (50% for SC/ST/PwBD) along with English as a subject. Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience in translation or official language implementation work.
Qualification Requirement: Candidates must have completed the required qualification with minimum marks as per notification before applying.
Age Limit (as on 01-04-2026): Maximum age ranges between 32 to 35 years depending on the post.
Reservation & Relaxation: Age relaxation is applicable as per Government of India rules, including 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC-NCL, and up to 10 years for PwBD candidates. Cumulative relaxation is limited to 10 years.
Eligibility Note: Candidates must also meet the required work experience criteria (3 to 5 years depending on the post) as mentioned in the official notification.
